5 week Beginners Courses -
These courses are specifically designed to give you an insight into the principles and movements of Tai Chi.

Courses take place throughout the year at Barnehurst Methodist Church Hall (Room A), Barnehurst, Crayford, Kent, DA7 6HA on a Thursday evening
Ongoing Training classes (for more experienced students)
Once you have participated in one of our Beginners Courses you will be able to join our Ongoing Training classes. In these classes you will be able to train with more experienced students and be eligible to attend national weekend courses and residential courses run by the Taoist Arts Organisation
Courses and classes are run under the direction of our Senior Instructor - Sally Grinhey, who has over 20 years experience in teaching T'ai Chi
